In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.

How to start a return

  • Email info@nakoair.net with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • We will confirm the return and provide instructions.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using your original payment method.
  • For faulty or damaged items on arrival, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification or sealed goods that have been opened for hygiene reasons.
